Hydrologic Cycle

Water Begins its never ceasing cycle as vapor in the atmosphere. This vapor in the atmosphere as well as the water in the lakes and oceans provides protection against extremes of both heat and cold.  In the atmosphere the various particles substances do not combine chemically.  Instead each retains its own characteristic properties.
